Since 1996, the RAPIDS management team has used its experience in the engineering and enterprise software fields to build a company dedicated to performance quality and the success of its customers. For years, the team has been developing innovative web-based business process improvement applications for a global manufacturer of fluid engineered products. RAPIDS is the culmination of those years of experience.
Dino Bozzo - President, RAPIDS Technology
Dino Bozzo drives the communication, marketing programs, channel and product marketing for RAPIDS. For many years prior, he developed and implemented various key corporate sales and marketing programs. He has a successful operations and technical management track record in both start-up and medium-sized organizations, having founded a web services company ten years ago. Since then he has been a Developer for Techmedia Internet Services and Principal of 360 Digital Media where he created virtual 360 degree walkthrough animations for such clients as: toronto.com, bamboo.com, Bridge Street Accommodations, and The World Cruise Company.
Dino is responsible for product strategy, development, and delivery of RAPIDS software application products. His keen technical insight, which has helped him succeed on projects for some of the world's largest financial, manufacturing and IT companies, makes him a valuable contributor to all RAPIDS implementation projects.

Charles A. Armstrong - Chairman, RAPIDS Technology and
Chairman, Konverge Digital Solutions Corporation
Mr. Armstrong has more than 25 years of senior operating experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently he oversees the operations of twelve companies on two continents (North America and Europe).
Charles Armstrong received a B.Sc. (Engineering) from the University of Guelph, Ontario and a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from the University of London, Ontario. After three years of gaining International Banking and Treasury experience at The Bank of Nova Scotia in their Western Hemisphere International Regional office, Mr. Armstrong joined the World Corporation Group at Citibank. In 1990, Mr. Armstrong became President of the 60 year old family business and since that time has managed the transformation of the company into a broad based entrepreneurial organization committed to becoming a market leader through innovation and relationship building. He is the author of the book "The Conductive Organization".
Paul Novello, C.A., CFO
Mr. Novello is responsible for corporate finance and accounting and corporate operations. He has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate manufacturing world. He has held various financial and leadership positions at industry leading companies including KPMG and Royplast Limited, a subsidiary of Royal Group Technology. Mr. Novello holds a BBA and an MBA from York University.
RAPIDSTM Technology is a wholly owned subsidiary of <konverge>. Founded in 1994, Konverge Digital Solutions develops fully integrated custom technology solutions for business optimization. It has demarcated itself in the market place with its ability to superimpose web interfaces on complex legacy systems to offer better visualization and interaction for customers and other stakeholders. Today over forty software engineers and developers work out of our downtown Toronto office, focusing on Web-based software development. This includes business-to-business data-interchange applications, customer- and partner-facing portals, stand-alone database applications, transaction-to-reporting applications, and full integration with existing ERP systems.
The parent company of <konverge> is S.A. Armstrong Limited, a 65-year-old Canadian global engineering firm and manufacturer of fluid engineered products. It employs over five hundred people worldwide, operating four manufacturing plants on two continents. It was selected in a nation-wide competition sponsored by The Financial Post and Deloitte Touche as one of "50 Best Managed Companies" of 2002-2003 and 2003-2004.
