The Requirements Gathering phase provides a clear definition of the time, cost, and resources needed to deploy your RAPIDS application. It also enables us to create metrics used to measure progress and establish a systematic process for managing change through the project's life cycle.
Phase II: Implementation
Using the data gathered, RAPIDS implementation consultants plan, schedule, and
deliver your RAPIDS application. We can provide
turnkey, collaborative or advisory consulting teams,
depending on your available resources and requirements.
A unified team, clear roles, and detailed responsibilities
ensure that all project phases--development, architecture,
deployment, and training--are completed on time and
within budget.

RAPIDS Technology designs and develops the curriculum to ensure that each course reflects and responds to specific business needs. This highly focused, task-based training gives practical results quickly and provides flexibility to meet individual needs.
Additionally, the training can be delivered online through a series of client customized e-learning module(s).
